Most consultations are reviewed and returned within 48 hours on business days. You'll receive your diagnosis and treatment recommendations via email.

Can I ask follow-up questions after my consultation?

Yes. Follow-up visits are available at a reduced rate of $60. These are ideal for checking in on your progress, adjusting your treatment plan, or addressing new concerns.

What states do you currently serve?

Teledermatology is regulated at the state level, which means we can only provide care to patients who are physically located in one of these states at the time of their consultation. We're actively working to expand our coverage — check back as we add new states in the future.

Rather than work around that limitation, we've built CLR SKN around a simple, affordable cash-pay model from the ground up. How much does a consultation cost?

An initial consultation is $75 (regularly $99). Follow-up visits are $60 (regularly $75). There are no hidden fees, no surprise bills, and no insurance paperwork.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay?

Yes. Dermatology consultations are a qualified medical expense, so HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of common skin conditions including acne, rosacea, melasma, warts, hair loss, and anti-aging concerns. If you're unsure whether your condition qualifies, reach out and we'll let you know.
